Pick-Up Questions
- What areas do you pick-up from?
We offer a service that covers most areas of Hamilton for the pick-up of dry cleaning. Please see our Pick-up and Delivery Page - Click Here
- When do I have to order my Pick-Up?
If you want sameday pick up you need to place your order BEFORE 9:00 AM, otherwise, it will be picked up on the next business day when we collect from your area.
Delivery Questions
- What happens if I am not there when you return my cleaned items?
All the orders will be delivered to you before 2:00 pm in the afternoon. please make sure there is someone will be at home or office. We cannot leave your items to your delivery location. If it cannot be delivered because there is nobody at home you will have 2 options
1 - We can arrange redelivery at a cost of $5 dollars per order
2 - Pick up from our shop at Rutotuna. - Can I pay when items are returned to me?
We only offer a prepayment system.
Payment Options
- How can I pay you?
In store, we accept Eftpos and cash
Online, you can use Credit Card (through PayPal) or use Bank Transfer to pay.
Accounts: We do offer accounts to regular customers, please call us for details. - Is my online order secure?
Yes. Our payment provider Paypal is the largest credit card processing company n the world and is trusted by literally billions of people. If you choose the Bank Transfer option this is secured by your bank's online security system.
